Bartlett & Hidden Canyon Ride
6.50 mile ride
A great ride in two very nice canyons
It starts at the parking lot one mile in from Hwy 191
via the Mill Canyon road. On this ride we drove in about 3 miles
further to avoid riding the road.
We started on the road that enters Bartlett Canyon. You simply follow
the Bartlett road until you come to the turn to Hidden Canyon. You can
also turn earlier and go through Pickle Slot Canyon which comes out
just west of the turn off for Hidden Canyon from Bartlett road.
After you exit Hidden Canyon you will be back on Mill road. Just follow it
back to the Bartlett road (if you parked there) or on back to the
big parking lot 1 mile in from Hwy 191.
Most of this trail is motorized.
You can take a little bypass thru the "Pickle" which will
eliminate some traffic because of three ledges. The horses can
be walked safely over the ledges.
Pickle is a beautiful narrow slot canyon.
